When should I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly reply by the date of May 15, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand.
Where will the ceremony take place?
The ceremony will be an outdoor event and will be held at The White Poplar 29055 Road 81n, East Selkirk, MB, Canada, R0E 0M0
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent mode for an unplugged ceremony. We have a great photographer/videographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!
Where will the cocktail hour and reception take place?
Cocktail hour and reception will be taking place at The White Poplar grounds and pavilion. Cocktail hour starts at 5:15 PM and reception taking place at The White Poplar pavilion at 6:45 PM.
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes! There’s plenty of free parking spot at The White Poplar parking lot.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL SERVED?
There would not be any alcoholic drinks served during cocktail hour, but some wine will be served only during dinner.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us in these colors!
Garden party formal wear is requested. Garden party formal wear for gentlemen may include a traditional suit. For women, floor length or mid length dresses. Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly.
ARE KIDS INVITED?
We love your little ones! However, due to the limited capacity, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family and kids requested to take part in the ceremony.
CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate formally invited guests on your wedding invitations. Your invitations will say how many guests are included in your party. We appreciate your understanding.
DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if a present is your desire, we would be honored with a monetary gift to help save for our future.
